Great location - nice staff, room was fine and we paid a fair price for the area.
receptionist was good but needed to speak more slowly - no problem that the lady had an accent but speaking so fast made it difficult to follow/ hear here- I know they repeat their info multiple times a day but the people listening are important. The from was ok, clean etc
No NON DAIRY milk available for the room - I rang housekeeping who looked and said no. This is not an unusual request these days - many people are non diary The pool areas - ok, but not clean around the jacuzzi edges - pool water line edges and the changing areas had issues. No shampoo in showers, no costume spinner, awful lighting where the hair driers are, just poor - grimy, not clear where to leave used towels etc, Needs improvement!!! Disabled Parking fees - I accompanied a disabled guest - I rang ahead about the Disabled parking at the hotel as advertised. It was Not free! it was not bookable and I think given my career has a blue badge status IHG needs to be far more disabled-aware and friendly. I also sent in a note via Booking.com asking for a room close to the lift/ no stairs etc. It was neither. My friend is now in hospital again - she's in hospital more than out and this was her first trip to London in decades and proved just how unfriendly our capital is for those with disabilities both at the hotel and in general when out and about. DO better!

Super convenient location, great parking, comfy room, great leisure facilities.
Great selection of healthy food in the breakfast, loved the leisure and gym facilities, so good to be able to gym, swim, sauna, steam, etc. before going to healthy breakfast and then off to a day of meetings. Great start to the day. Clear allergy signs really helped as I have a nut allergy. Helpful staff when I asked about my allergy too.
